Relaxation is good, but how far do we need to relax. You also need to take control of every situation.
By this, I mean being the first in and last to hit during the combinations, on top. you need to hit and give it your all, every round, I want to see you come back to the corner, breathing heavy and needing a minute rest!
Challenge yourself, and your opponent abilities, if you wait and wait and wait you'll lose, you need to make things happen.
