Brock Lesnar is the UFC Heavyweight Champion?

That still sounds strange to me. Brock looked impressive however, controlling most of the fight and showing that his speed, power, size, and wrestling ability were just too much for Couture's experience. Brock eventually landed a cross that dropped Randy and finished with hammer fists until the ref jumped in. Now Brock must prepare for the inevitable match-up against the winner of Frank Mir and Minotauro Nogueira, both BJJ blackbelts, and Mir having already submitted Brock.

Other great fights included the Canadian from Woodbridge Ontario, Mark Bocek, submitting Alvin Robinson by rear-naked choke, Jeremy Stephens’ KO uppercut over Rafael dos Anjos, Demian Maia’s quick rear-naked choke victory over Nate Quarry, Gabriel Gonzaga’s Straight Cross TKO of Josh Hendricks, Dustin Hazelett’s submission victory over Tamdan McCrory, and Kenny Florian’s rear-naked choke victory over Joe Stevenson.

Not a fight on this card was boring, and most ended in the first or second round. All in all a very entertaining card.

Ya... I really wanted to see Joe win. And the Heavyweight MMA could not be more messed up.
