One of the things that keeps me loyal and grateful to TKO are their trainers. They are there for the students. They believe in catering to the students, instead of forcing their values and beliefs upon them. At TKO, every fighter is different in their fighting style and mentality; instructors are keenly aware of this and vary their teaching approaches accordingly. The trainers do share one common trait, and that's positivity. They believe in their students.
Although extremely qualified and knowledgeable, TKO trainers still manage to treat each and every pupil as equals. You don't get the, "I'm better than you, so you must listen to me" impression from them. The only requirement is that you put out a decent amount of effort, and show the willingness to listen, and learn.

each of the instructors are all very personable and helpful. They most certainly don't give off any "I can kick your butt 5x before you hit the ground" vibe despite actually being able to... awesome resraint there
